Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers and shape the operational plan to meet targets across the site. You will drive safety, quality and productivity while coupling daily leadership with strategic improvements.

You will analyse performance, mentor teams, collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety and Security, and design initiatives to boost operational excellence and customer fulfilment.

Formación

• Experience in stakeholder management and communication management.
• Knowledge of English at CEFR B2/C1 level.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance.
• Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence.
• Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.

Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
