Amazon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead inbound, outbound, or cross-functional processes at its Fulfillment Center. You will manage 3-7 Area Managers and 100-300 hourly associates, drive Lean improvements, and ensure safety and efficiency across shifts.
Fluent English is required, with a strong background in data analysis and capacity planning. MBA preferred, and experience with stakeholder management is valued.
