You will manage a team, oversee process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to standardise practices. A focus on using data to inform decisions and maintain top service levels is essential.

Based in a Fulfilment Centre, you will contribute to Amazon’s fast-paced operations, mentoring new managers and delivering high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience managing people and leading teams.
• Ability to use data to influence business decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
