Job summary

Global University Systems (GUS) is seeking an Operations Manager to optimize enrollment strategies and drive international recruitment efforts. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations and enhance data reporting across a global network.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations or project management, strong leadership, and expertise in CRM tools such as Excel and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, business development, or project management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience in international education, recruitment, or a related industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business Development Coordinators, Business Developers, and the Director of International Recruitment to streamline operations.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for international recruitment.
• Act as the primary liaison between recruitment teams and external partners.
• Manage incoming agent inquiries, ensuring seamless business relationships.
• Support agent and key account development, including handling escalations and problem-solving.
• Track and analyze KPIs, team targets, and performance metrics.
• Provide business-critical insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Maintain databases, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
• Identify gaps in recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement processes, recommending improvements.
• Support contract compliance policies and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance operational systems and reporting structures.
• Coordinate strategic enrollment management initiatives across departments and teams.
