Job summary

Worldwiders Recruitment is seeking an International Recruiter to own a book of clients across global markets. You will run full-cycle 360 recruitment, from business development to placement, building and owning your pipeline and KPIs with a strong emphasis on new-business ownership.

You’ll operate in a hybrid model, sourcing top talent and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients while expanding the firm’s international footprint.

Qualifications

• Current 360 recruitment experience (within the last 5 years), agency-side, with clear new-business ownership.
• Challenger mindset: able to challenge clients, candidates, and us, and take control of the process.
• Proven track record of overperforming against targets and owning the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle 360 recruitment from business development to placement across international markets.
• Build and own your client portfolio and KPIs while delivering exceptional client experience.
• Win new business, forge long-term partnerships, and manage the pipeline end-to-end.
• Sourcing and headhunting across industries and locations; outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Present 6–8 candidate profiles weekly with a strong sent-to-interview rate.
