AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) in Spain is seeking a networking-focused professional to support design, rollout and operation of our global infrastructure. You will work with network engineering, PMs, and field teams to ensure reliable, scalable connectivity for AWS services.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, troubleshooting network and cabling issues, and assisting with hardware migrations. Occasional travel up to 20% may be required, including international trips.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in networking and related fields.
• Customer interactions during issue resolution preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Network Engineering & Project teams to roll out designs.
• Prioritize work using ticketing systems and coordinate with stakeholders to remove obstacles.
• Troubleshoot networking, interconnectivity, and cabling issues; assist with hardware migrations.
• Participate in travel up to 20%, including international travel when required.
