Vantage Towers in Madrid is seeking a Specialist Network Deployment to drive service delivery across customer and vendor ecosystems. The role focuses on dashboards, SLA adherence, incident management, and budget oversight in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in network deployment, strong customer/vendor interaction, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a proactive, results-driven approach. The position supports a dynamic, technology-driven environment in Spain.

Formación

• 5+ years of network deployment experience.
• Experience interacting with customers and vendors.
• Budget management experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and monitor service dashboards to ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead service tracking meetings with customer leadership and with providers.
• Manage daily contractor/vendor deployment incidents.
• Oversee network deployment projects budgets and delivery targets.
• Lead telco and infrastructure deployment initiatives with customers and vendors.
• Apply H&S and SGC systems and VT policies.
