Formación

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience in networking.
• Experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering).

Responsabilidades

• Working closely with Network Engineering & Network Technical Project Manager teams to ensure fast rollout of designs and products.
• Managing priorities through ticketing systems and workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to remove obstacles.
• Troubleshooting networking, routing and connectivity issues including device configuration and application interaction.
• Troubleshooting cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and cords.
• Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring hardware racking/stacking completed for new equipment.
• Completing customer requests via Remedy trouble tickets and project management workflows.
• Participating in migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new hardware.
• Travel up to 20% travel outside traditional work area may be required, possibly including international travel.
