As an Infrastructure Delivery Cluster Manager at AWS, you'll balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership. Your day might include coordinating the deployment of network equipment and cabling infrastructure across multiple data center stages, mentoring your team through complex technical challenges, collaborating with internal partners and external vendors to optimize delivery timelines, and prioritizing shifting demands in real‑time from managing inbound capacity to supporting emergency projects and maintenance windows. Your role bridges technical expertise with people leadership, ensuring your team has the guidance and resources needed to succeed while maintaining the high standards AWS is known for.
We are expanding our infrastructure management team within AWS to support the rapid growth of our data center operations globally.
