Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Worker Advisor to lead global mobility initiatives within the GPQSS Global Operations organization. The role focuses on international assignments, policy compliance, and stakeholder coordination across projects worldwide.

Ideal candidates have extensive Global Mobility experience, including field assignments, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse cultures. This position reports to the Global Operations Manager for GPQSS.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in managing employee relationships.
• Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop mobility strategies and programs to support growth.
• Prepare employees for international assignments.
• Coordinate relocation including visa, housing, and immigration.
• Design expatriate policies and reward packages.
