Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced HSE Assessment Program Lead to drive internal HSE assessments and strengthen BU compliance. You will guide audits across Quality, Engineering, and R&D, and monitor corrective actions with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

This global role requires rolling out HSE programs based on ISO norms, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and travelling up to 30% internationally to reinforce the HSE strategy and performance improvements.

Formación

• 8+ years in HSE roles.
• Auditing, risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cultural change.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Trained on ISO 19011, 45001, 14001; experience with 50001 and 9001 is a plus.
• Competent in international HSE legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HSE Assessment Program to support BU compliance and audits.
• Provide guidance on HSE assessments and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Monitor 3LoD responsibilities and close out improvements.
• Travel internationally up to 30% as a global role.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, R&D to roll out programs.
