Group-IPS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering and architectural projects from Madrid, with open mobility. You will manage project lifecycles, contracts, and offers, coordinating cross-functional teams across international sites.

The role emphasizes delivery excellence, multi-discipline expertise, and strong client engagement in a fast-paced, global environment. Travel and mobility are inherent to the position, with a permanent contract and comprehensive employee

Formación

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 8–10y project-management.
• Experience on international CAPEX projects over 250M EUR.
• Hands-on experience across all project lifecycle stages.
• Exposure to multiple industrial sectors and project contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project and portfolio management activities.
• Manage contracts, change-orders and disputes.
• Lead project setup and team mobilization.
• Develop and present technical offers to clients and defend them.
• Support large projects team with recruitment and audits.
