Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is seeking a Head of Operations MGA & Facilities (Hybrid) to lead the operational center of excellence across MGA and Facilities partners globally. This role oversees strategy, onboarding, governance, and transformation, coordinating with Underwriting, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and IT to build scalable operating models.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of commercial insurance operations experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance operations, delegated authority, MGA management, and underwriting operations.
• Strong governance, regulatory, outsourcing, and risk management knowledge.
• Proven ability to drive operational transformation across matrixed organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions and geographies.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global operational framework for MGA and Facilities.
• Drive standardization, process optimization and scalability across regions and market units.
• Oversee onboarding, readiness assessments, and governance.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Outsourcing, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Promote use of technology, data, automation, and Generative AI to improve workflows.
