Swiss Re is seeking an experienced C&S Outsourcing Expert to join our Madrid-based C&S Operations team. You will oversee outsourced Credit Control activities, ensuring SLAs, controls and service quality are met while collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders.

You will drive process improvements, manage performance with KPIs and dashboards, and support regulatory reporting within a globally connected organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience gained within a corporate insurance environment at insurers or within a broking organisation, working in an operational capacity, with proven experience in credit control / technical accounting.
• Experience in third party management, ideally in a corporate insurance or technical accounting context
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Solid technical skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel)
• High level of integrity, adaptability, and a structured, detail-oriented working style

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the outsourced Technical Accounting team, ensuring delivery against agreed targets, service levels, and quality standards
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders and act as a central point of contact for credit control topics
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across credit control activities, in collaboration with global teams and Operational Excellence
• Ensure appropriate team structure, resource allocation, and performance monitoring through relevant KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
• Provide analytical insights and support governance and regulatory reporting, identifying risks and improvement opportunities early
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure data quality standards are consistently met
• Manage the relationship and performance of the external service provider, including coordination with internal and external auditors
