Page Executive seeks a Head of MGAs Europe in Madrid, responsible for defining channel strategies and managing international agreements. The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of experience in insurance and a solid understanding of portfolio management.

Formación

• 10+ years' experience in insurance, with exposure to underwriting, distribution, or partnerships.
• Strong experience with MGAs and/or broking (highly desirable).
• Proven track record in negotiating complex international agreements.
• Good knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., IDD, Solvency II).
• International profile with cross-border experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the MGA channel strategy.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure agreements with key MGAs across EMEA.
• Oversee technical and financial performance of the portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to underwriting and pricing standards.
• Implement performance tracking frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Lead due diligence and onboarding of new MGA partners.
• Design contractual frameworks and incentive schemes.
• Manage operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Lead, develop, and scale the MGA team.
