This role focuses on launch readiness, pricing governance, and core market access materials to enable regions and countries to execute effectively.

Responsibilities include defining global strategy, supporting launch planning, establishing price frameworks, and shaping tender strategies with regional teams, including U.S.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, economics, or business (MBA or PharmD preferred).
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical market access experience at global or regional level; biosimilars expertise.
• Deep expertise in pricing governance and payer engagement.
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute in complex environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; international mindset.
• Fluent English mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute global market access strategy for biosimilars, aligned with commercial priorities and launch sequencing.
• Support launch planning with market sequencing, ensuring readiness for priority markets and alignment with regional strategies.
• Establish and govern global list price frameworks, including guidance for floor and reference pricing.
• Develop and deliver core global market access materials, including payer value propositions and pricing guidance.
• Shape tender launch strategy at a global level, collaborating with regional access teams.
• Support U.S. market access strategy, collaborating with local teams on payer dynamics.
