Sandoz is seeking a Global Director Pipeline Biosimilar Platform to guide the future biosimilar portfolio. You will align science, commercial strategy, and investment decisions with long‑term goals, working with R&D, regulatory, market access, and manufacturing teams.

The role demands extensive pharma experience, leadership of cross-functional teams, and the ability to present complex decisions to executive committees with clarity.

Formación

• Business and/or science background required; degree essential.
• MD, PhD, MBA or equivalent experience desirable.
• Minimum 12 years pharma industry expertise required.
• Strong biologics background in specialty care (oncology, immunology, rare diseases).
• Ability to integrate scientific, market and policy trends into strategic recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Shape global biosimilar pipeline strategy and portfolio balance.
• Provide senior leadership with transparent, evidence-based investment cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, commercial, and regulatory.
• Forecast, value, and assess risk for pipeline decisions and launches.
