Sandoz is seeking a Marketing Manager Biosimilars & Hospital Generics to lead strategy, forecast accuracy and cross-functional execution in a hospital portfolio. You will oversee a 5-7 person team and shape growth, brand plans and resource allocation.

The role requires a strong track record in marketing within biopharma or hospital settings, with fluent Spanish and English, and the ability to operate across international teams.

Formación

• University degree in Business, Marketing or Science
• +10 years’ Marketing experience
• Biopharmaceutical and Hospital environment experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 5-7 people, ensuring the right culture and motivation.
• Develop the team to maximize capabilities and growth potential.
• Define and implement the growth strategy to maximize Biosimilars and Generics in hospital environments.
• Lead strategic thinking at brand level and translate to operational plans to optimize brand return for Sandoz.
• Manage the A&P budget to balance resources among brands and initiatives.
• Ensure robust forecasting from a patient model, especially for launches.
• Develop the right marketing and promotional mix to meet objectives in Biosimilars.
• Translate market intelligence into brand strategies and programs with entrepreneurial thinking.
• Build strong matrix relationships with internal teams and external partners.
