Sandoz is seeking a talented Global Director Market Access to lead and align the worldwide market access strategy for biosimilars. The role centers on pricing governance, launch readiness, and core materials to enable regions and countries to execute effectively.

You will shape global pricing frameworks, develop payer value propositions, and guide market access across multiple geographies, including collaboration with regional teams and US stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, economics, or business is required or preferred.
• MBA or PharmD is desirable for senior leadership.
• Experience in global or regional market access for biosimilars or biologics is essential.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global market access strategy for biosimilars aligned with commercial priorities.
• Support launch planning with market sequencing and readiness across priority markets.
• Establish and govern global price frameworks, including floor/reference pricing guidance.
• Develop core market access materials: payer value propositions, global dossiers, pricing guidance.
• Shape global tender launch strategies and collaborate with regional access teams.
• Support U.S. market access strategy in partnership with local teams and policy considerations.
