GTT Communications, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Logistics Manager to lead global logistics operations, coordinating the distribution of CPE and UCPE across multiple countries and ensuring reliable, on-time delivery for customers.

You will develop supplier relationships, monitor vendor performance, and drive cost efficiency while aligning regional demand with supply planning. This role requires strong project management, procurement knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics in multi-country environments.
• Proven vendor management and cost-control capability.
• Ability to analyse demand and supply data for planning.
• Understanding of UCPE/CPE and licences basics in telecom.
• Project management or coordination experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end logistics for the distribution of CPE and UCPE across multiple countries.
• Develop and track vendor performance metrics to ensure service, cost, and quality targets.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring contract compliance and resolving performance issues.
• Create, progress, and manage Purchase Orders through Oracle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee relationships with OEMs including Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Aruba to optimise supply outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Service Delivery to align priorities.
• Identify potential risks to supply continuity and implement mitigation strategies to maintain service levels.
• Drive cost control initiatives through vendor optimisation and strategic sourcing approaches.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance frameworks, and regional compliance requirements.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on demand planning, sourcing, and vendor performance.
• Support client-facing teams with timely updates and key data to enable smooth order progression.
