Job summary

Bayer in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking an Import & Export Documentation Expert to lead intercompany delivery orders and ensure GDP-compliant logistics across global operations. You will prepare import/export documentation, support customs activities, and help set up new routings and product launches, while driving continuous improvement in documentation and digitalization within the logistics function.

Fluency in English is required; Spanish or German is an advantage.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in pharma or regulated env.
• Fluent English required; Spanish or German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare import/export documentation per country requirements and support transport planning.
• Manage the order-to-invoice cycle and ensure on-time delivery with high customer satisfaction.
• Support customs activities and provide GDP documentation where needed.
• Contribute to routing, lanes and product launches, ensuring GMP/GxP compliance.
