Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Distribution Management Senior Expert to oversee end-to-end transportation from suppliers to customers in a global, regulated environment. You will coordinate shipping, optimize routes, and ensure GDP-compliant delivery across multiple regions, working with CMOs, 3PL/4PL providers, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes process improvement, documentation, and compliance with GMP/GxP standards, while aligning with S&OE supply chain processes and global logistics strategy.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
• Fluent English; Spanish or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transportation and intercompany deliveries.
• Coordinate export/import documentation and GDP/compliance.
• Partner with CMOs, 4PL/3PL providers, and internal teams.
• Lead process improvements, documentation automation, and cost optimization.
