Galderma seeks a proactive ESO Logistics Coordinator in Barcelona (4-days on site). You will coordinate international shipments, partnering with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely, compliant delivery and an excellent customer experience.

Ideal candidates have logistics experience, strong Excel and stakeholder-management skills, and fluent English. The role offers global exposure and a path to advanced supply chain responsibilities within a leading dermatology company.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working within logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes.
• Strong customer-service mindset and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from origin to delivery.
• Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve delays, and manage exceptions.
• Ensure all shipping documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Support customers by providing timely updates and solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.
