Bayer AG is seeking an Import & Export Documentation Expert to coordinate global logistics execution, ensuring GDP-compliant transport of materials and finished goods. The role collaborates with Distribution Management and Transport teams to optimize processes and drive automation initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in a relevant field, 2+ years in logistics, and strong knowledge of GMP/GxP, SAP SD/MM, and WMS.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 2 years in supply chain/logistics, ideally pharma.
• Solid knowledge of GMP/GxP regulations in distribution.
• Experience with SAP SD/MM and WMS is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, results-driven with problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare import/export documentation per country requirements and regulations.
• Support customs activities and GDP documentation.
• Manage the order-to-invoice cycle ensuring timely delivery.
• Contribute to transport performance monitoring and improvements.
• Lead or contribute to low-complexity logistics projects.
