Rhenus Logistics is seeking a proactive freight forwarding professional to manage shipments, bookings and customer communication from our Barcelona, Spain office. You will coordinate with customers, carriers and customs to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have experience in freight forwarding, ADR/IATA/IMDG knowledge and the ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment. English fluency is required for daily interactions.

Formación

• Fluent English and cross-cultural communication.
• Ability to balance operational priorities with business imperatives.
• Proven experience in freight forwarding and customer interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Receive shipping instructions from customer, origin agent or supplier.
• Check incoterms and quotes; decide on shipping company.
• Make bookings and inform customers of final shipping conditions.
• Review house and master BLs and print necessary documents.
• Coordinate with customs for clearance and delivery timing.
• Enter costs and manage invoicing considerations.
• Respond to customers with clear, winning service offerings.
