Job summary

IQVIA seeks an experienced Lifecycle Safety Program Manager to lead management and service delivery for regional and global projects. You will oversee customer-facing activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless program integration across the lifecycle safety domain.

The role emphasizes governance, budgeting, strategic proposals, and leadership of virtual and on-site teams to maximize client value and drive renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health science or related field.
• 4-6 years' clinical research experience in CRO/pharma with 4 years in Lifecycle Safety and 2 years in project management.
• Strong knowledge of global, regional and local clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to broaden knowledge across Lifecycle Safety service lines and develop new skills.
• Excellent team management, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects and serve as the Lifecycle Safety contact.
• Lead project planning, scope, quality, and financial management for delivered programs.
• Provide leadership for governance, budgeting, and strategic options with customers.
• Act as Safety SME supporting proposals, bid defenses, and transition to delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure global consistency and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee start-up, risk identification, and mitigation for new projects.
