Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior operations leader to guide a team of CPCs, PMAs, and project support professionals in delivering clinical research programs. You will drive risk mitigation, cost control, and schedule management to achieve sponsor satisfaction and high-quality outcomes.

You will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, providing coaching, training, and development to ensure team growth and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field with clinical research experience.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of CPCs, PMAs, and project support professionals.
• Oversee risk mitigation, cost control, and schedule management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies and processes, delivering on time and budget.
• Produce status reports and dashboards for senior management.
