Job summary

IQVIA in Cataluña seeks a seasoned Lifecycle Safety Program Lead responsible for management and delivery excellence across regional and global projects, blending clinical trial and pharmacovigilance focus to drive transparent programs and strong customer partnerships.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and quality, build strategic solutions, and ensure global consistency while growing the business with clients.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to network and lead teleconferences.
• Proven project management skills including planning, timelines, scope and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects; act as primary Lifecycle Safety contact.
• Oversee project planning, scope management, quality control and project financial management.
• Serve as account owner for a program, reporting metrics and overseeing related projects.
• Lead development and defense of proposed Safety solutions and budgets from initiation to delivery.
• Produce customer-facing collateral and presentations; ensure global consistency of lifecycle safety messaging.
