Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Manager in Europe with responsibility for leading complex consulting engagements in the life sciences sector. You will manage project teams, liaise with clients, and drive delivery across multiple geographies, ensuring value and outcomes across brands, portfolio strategy, and digital initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, develop solutions, and mentor staff in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with evidence of project leadership.
• Experience in consulting within life sciences/pharma with career progression.
• English fluency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage or lead multiple consulting projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Serve as key client contact and provide direction to delivery teams.
• Develop intellectual property and contribute to business development.
• Coach and develop 3–4 staff; lead cross-functional teams.
