Job summary

Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. seeks a Law Enforcement Engagement Leader to design and own the end-to-end engagement strategy across EMEA, APAC, and MEA.

You will build relationships with law enforcement, develop governance models, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and GSOC to disrupt organised crime at scale. Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, audit, legal, compliance or a related field including engaging with external stakeholders
• Experience in team management with 5 or more direct reports
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
• Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities
• Experience in security service, loss prevention, asset protection, audit, investigations, law enforcement, risk management, data analytics, inventory control, quality assurance or a related field
• Experience creating and delivering written and oral communications for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading the design, development and/or implementation of new business processes or programs
• Deep experience with public-private partnerships and information-sharing programmes across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience operating across international boundaries with an understanding of civil-law vs. common-law jurisdiction differences

Responsibilities

• Own the Law Enforcement Engagement strategy and operating model across EMEA, APAC, and MEA.
• Design and implement the three-tier relationship model (strategic, regional, local) across 30+ international jurisdictions.
• Build the Geographic Targeting Model to direct resources where loss, risk, and relationship gaps intersect.
• Deliver the priority-market heat map.
• Design the LE Partnership Registry and standardised engagement playbooks.
• Build information-sharing models co-designed with Legal and establish intelligence protocols with GSOC.
• Secure cross-functional dependencies across Legal, Finance, GSOC, Investigations, Public Policy, and ACS.
• Ensure deconfliction with Investigations across international markets.
• Onboard and develop regional STLs and set operating rhythm from weekly stand-ups to quarterly reviews.
• Mentor team members for career progression.
• Represent Amazon at high levels of international law enforcement with INTERPOL, Europol, and national agencies.
