JD Logistics in Spain seeks a procurement specialist to take ownership of local launch procurement and site readiness for Madrid sites, coordinating with global HQ to align assets and vendor setup.

You will build a local supplier network, manage negotiations, and ensure continuity after launch while tracking KPIs and supporting operational efficiency.

Fluent English, Spanish, and Mandarin are required; this role demands flexibility and strong problem-solving under tight deadlines.

Formación

• English, Spanish, and Mandarin fluency mandatory; capable of negotiating with local suppliers and coordinating with Mandarin-speaking HQ.

Responsabilidades

• Source, negotiate, and secure 100% of the site's critical indirect supplies to enable an on-time go-live.
• Establish a robust ecosystem of Spanish suppliers and contractors aligning with compliance and budget.
• Transition from launch procurement to ongoing operational support, track KPIs, and optimize resources.
• Maintain real-time reporting and alignment between Madrid operations and centralized corporate teams.
