Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Labor Relations Lead to guide global labor relations strategy across AMER, EMEA and APAC. You will advise executives, partner with Legal and People Experience, and oversee Works Council engagement, collective bargaining, and employee representation to minimize risk and enable change.

In this role you’ll develop scalable labor relations playbooks, lead training for managers, and ensure compliant, consistent practices worldwide while upholding company values

Qualifications

• Significant experience in labor relations within global or matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of collective consultation, employee representation, and union processes.
• Experience engaging with unions, works councils, and employee representatives on complex matters.
• Ability to advise on sensitive workplace issues with judgment, confidentiality, and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level labor relations guidance to People Experience and business leaders.
• Lead collective consultation and employee representative processes, including Works Council engagement.
• Build credible relationships with Works Councils, unions, and employee bodies.
• Advise on labor relations implications of change, workforce planning, and policy implementation.
• Assess jurisdictional complexity to inform location strategy and risk.
• Develop scalable labor relations frameworks, playbooks, and AI-enabled knowledge base.
