Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with lab networks/IT infrastructure (nLO, middleware, host systems).

• Provide technical support to diverse groups including application and customer support specialists.
• Ensure product support meets global distribution requirements.
• Develop and implement blended learning courses and e-learning content.
• Troubleshoot complex software and application issues for analyzer products in labs.
• Collaborate on global implementations and frequent travel up to 30%.
