Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Medical Engineering or related field.
• Strong Roche hardware and automation background.
• Experience in on-site clinical lab support and instrument workflows.
• Proven training and customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work on international projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and technical support for Roche instruments.
• Support customers during pilots and installations.
• Collaborate with Global Training & Support teams.
• Mentor future specialists within the team.
