Fundraise Up, a global fundraising platform, is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer (L2) to join our distributed team. You will own complex escalations across time zones, manage access governance, and administer our SaaS stack with automation to improve security and efficiency.

You will work on onboarding/offboarding, incident response, and continuous improvement through scripts and integrations, while mentoring junior staff and documenting runbooks in a fast-paced, remote-friendly

Formación

5 years in IT support with 3–5 years at L2/sysadmin level.
Strong troubleshooting skills and end-to-end ticket ownership.
Hands-on macOS administration and end-user troubleshooting.
Advanced Google Workspace administration (roles, logs, security).
Understanding of security incident handling (phishing/account compromise).

Responsabilidades

Handle L1 escalations, triage, diagnose, and resolve tickets, with admin operations.
Onboarding and offboarding in corporate SaaS tools; account provisioning.
Respond to phishing, account compromise, and other security incidents using playbooks.
Drive automation and integrations via scripts and APIs to reduce manual work.
Mentor L1 staff and maintain/runbooks; document automations.
Admin core SaaS stack (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, 1Password) and license usage.
SaaS lifecycle: maintain registry, provide vendor management reports, evaluate tools.
Develop identity-related incident playbooks for phishing and suspicious sign-ins.
