Fundraise Up is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE to own critical platform areas such as observability or CI/CD. You will drive architecture, reliability, and roadmaps, and mentor other engineers while ensuring smooth production operations.

You will work on end-to-end initiatives, improve deployment pipelines, and support developers with metrics, alerts, and logs, including on-call responsibilities.

Formación

• 6+ years as a DevOps Engineer / SRE.
• Proven, end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives.
• Strong Linux skills (Ubuntu).
• Hands-on CI/CD, pipeline design and delivery.
• On-call/production incident experience and post-mortems.
• Experience mentoring engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own one core platform area end-to-end (observability or CI/CD).
• Drive architecture, reliability, and roadmap for your area.
• Define requirements, design docs, and tasks; implement and deploy.
• Support developers with metrics, alerts, and logs; assist on-call.
• Automate toil and standardize provisioning and maintenance.
• Investigate incidents and lead post-mortems; drive systemic fixes.
• Mentor junior engineers and share design reviews.
• Utilize AI to assist day-to-day work.
