Tokio Marine HCC is hiring an IT Helpdesk Intern in Barcelona to provide day-to-day IT assistance to a global user group, including desktop support, MS Office help, and hardware maintenance. The role reports to the IT Support Manager and offers initial training.

Requirements include a CFGS in IT and fluency in Spanish and English. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) for six months, with hands-on, service-oriented responsibilities and a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• CFGS in IT required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at a high level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general IT support to a global user group (Barcelona, London, Madrid).
• Support Windows 11 workstations.
• Assist with Outlook and MS Office issues.
• End-user support for Internet and multimedia technologies.
• Hardware support for laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Compile an IT material inventory.
• Update the office network map.
• Daily checks of meeting rooms.
