Ivoclar EMEA is seeking a Consultant Global IT in Madrid to drive governance and operation of our Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. You will lead AI-enabled workplace solutions such as Copilot and Power Platform, aligning security and compliance across global teams.

The role requires 4+ years with Microsoft 365, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency (B2). International collaboration and up to 10% travel are expected.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive or Digital Workplace)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or related AI/automation tech
• Solid governance, security, and compliance knowledge for cloud platforms
• Experience designing and enhancing enterprise IT solutions in international environments
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with a collaborative mindset
• Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
• Good English (minimum B2) and willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsabilidades

• Drive development, governance, and operation of Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Lead and support deployment of Copilot, Copilot Agents, and AI-powered workplace solutions.
• Design governance, security, and compliance for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI tech.
• Analyze business needs and design innovative IT solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop automation and digitalization using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Lead or contribute to international IT projects from design to rollout.
• Support global users and collaborate with external partners and vendors.
• Identify emerging technologies to improve global collaboration and workplace enviroment.
