Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and time management.
• Ability to be a team player and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative requests as required by the Intellectual Property Department and Scientific and Innovation Office.
• Manage the electronic filing of documents.
• Proceed with the invoicing.
• Prepare summaries and case statuses.
• Work with internal clients to obtain instructions on patents and trade mark matters.
• Work with external lawyers to manage administrative patent and trade mark matters in Grifols.
