Meliore Foundation is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to lead the global internal comms function from a remote-first setup. You will develop and execute strategic plans that equip colleagues with essential information to stay aligned across our international network, including knowledge management and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) leading internal communications.
• Experience with knowledge management, staff engagement, and organisational communications.
• Excellent writing and tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
• Experience advising senior leaders on internal comms strategies.
• Experience overseeing change management communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop an internal communications strategy with key stakeholders.
• Design systems and processes to strengthen culture and norms.
• Develop knowledge management systems for quick access to information.
• Organise a knowledge hub of network resources and guidance.
• Provide training and inductions on knowledge management.
• Coordinate internal updates and network-wide communications.
• Uphold values and culture across network structures and systems.
• Plan, edit, design and write content for leadership announcements, newsletters, emails.
• Measure effectiveness and improve based on data and feedback.
• Provide coaching and development to junior colleagues.
