RHI Magnesita is seeking a regional communications and marketing professional based in Oviedo to shape how we engage employees, customers, and partners across Europe. You will collaborate with colleagues in multiple countries, turning strategy into campaigns, content, events, and initiatives that reinforce our brand and business objectives.

• Several years of Marketing & Communications experience, ideally international/B2B.
• Practical knowledge of CRM/marketing automation and digital tools.
• Proven track record delivering campaigns and initiatives with measurable impact.
• Excellent storytelling and content-creation skills (Canva, video tools, CMS).
• Strong project, event and stakeholder management with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional internal communication campaigns that connect and engage employees.
• Create B2B marketing and customer communication materials (copy, visuals, videos, social media).
• Design and execute CRM journeys using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights -- Journeys.
• Coordinate international trade fairs and customer events from planning to on-site execution.
• Manage diverse projects and stakeholders with global and regional teams.
