BlueQuo in Madrid seeks an Internal Communications Consultant to shape and drive the client's global internal communications strategy and corporate narrative. You will design their internal channels, run events, translate culture into engaging content, and oversee voice across teams worldwide.

Formación

• Proven expertise in internal communications within global organizations.
• Experience delivering end-to-end internal events, Town Halls, and executive communications.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on social-first content and video formats.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, Design, Video, and leadership teams across regions.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the global internal communications plan, content calendar, and channel ecosystem (Workvivo, Slack, email, newsletters).
• Translate Employee Experience, Culture, and ESG initiatives into compelling video series, campaigns, and storytelling pieces in collaboration with Creative teams.
• Write and produce the bi-weekly internal newsletter and the monthly external newsletter, from sourcing information to delivering final copy.
• Safeguard the client's corporate narrative across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and visual quality across internal and external channels.
• Drive leadership and employee advocacy programs, including thought-leadership initiatives and the CEO's LinkedIn presence.
• Maintain regular alignment with People, Culture, Marketing, and regional HRBPs to ensure communication is consistent and locally relevant.
