Job summary

You will produce research and background papers for executive messaging, support crisis communications, and manage the editorial calendar across leadership communications. Collaborate with CEO Office and HR to align with global messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Media Studies, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in communications, content creation, or related field.
• Proficient in German and English with strong writing skills and tone adaptation.
• Ability to craft content for executive voices across formats.

Responsibilities

• Drafts speeches, briefings, and LinkedIn posts for executive leaders.
• Prepares Q&A documents and speaking notes for leadership appearances.
• Produces research and background papers to support executive messaging.
• Supports crisis communications preparations as required.
• Maintains the editorial calendar for leadership communications.
• Curates the message bank and tone-of-voice library for consistency.
• Supports planning and production of leadership formats (town halls, CEO messages).
• Acts as a partner for Team Lead, CEO Office, and Family Office.
