Confidential in Barcelona is seeking a Communications Manager to join its HQ, reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating with Commercial and Digital Marketing teams to position the brand globally.

You will lead the communications strategy across channels, oversee PR, social media, events, partnerships, and brand governance, while supporting business growth in an international environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing, preferably in design, luxury, interiors, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• Proven experience managing international communication strategies.
• Strong branding, storytelling, digital communications, social media, and PR.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the annual Communications Plan with objectives, campaigns, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Oversee external communications for consistency across channels and stakeholders.
• Develop calendars and plans for product launches, collections, collaborations, and corporate initiatives.
• Lead media relations, coordinate product launches and press events, monitor coverage and KPIs.
• Define and implement annual social media strategy and content plan; oversee digital content creation.
• Plan and manage participation in international fairs, exhibitions, and events; manage budgets and partnerships.
• Define the communications budget with the MD; establish KPIs and monitor performance.
