Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is desirable.
• Degree in Economics, Law, Business or related field or relevant experience in insurance.
• Good written and verbal communication with data awareness and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between teams to ensure information completeness to issue multinational policy across 200+ territories.
• Act as the primary contact for underwriting and servicing teams globally; communicate policy matters to stakeholders.
• Prepare policy wording documents for sophisticated customer needs in various lines of business.
• Maintain multinational data in core global systems with accuracy and accessibility.
• Update internal guidelines to reflect process and policy changes; ensure alignment with standards.
• Contribute to process improvement by sharing observations and testing changes.
