Zurich is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support multinational policy delivery from Spain. You will liaise with Zurich teams worldwide to ensure accurate policy issuance and high-quality servicing for international clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Law, Business or related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is desirable.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
• Experience with multinational insurance operations is a plus.
• Good organizational and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between teams to ensure information completeness for multinational policy issuance.
• Act as the primary contact for underwriting and servicing teams globally.
• Prepare policy wording documents for sophisticated customer needs.
• Maintain multinational data in core global systems with accuracy.
• Keep internal guidelines updated reflecting process changes and best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and practical solutions.
• Build relationships across functions, countries and cultures.
