PTC in Barcelona is offering a Business Development Internship within an international Inside Sales team. You will engage with current and potential clients, support lead generation, and collaborate across departments to improve offerings.

The role requires you to be degree-educated and currently enrolled, with eligibility for an internship agreement, and a minimum of six months. Fluency in French and English, strong communication, and a willingness to relocate to Barcelona are desired.

Formación

• Degree-educated and currently enrolled as a student.
• Eligibility for an internship agreement through a University is mandatory.
• Minimum 6-month internship availability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High-energy, fast-paced, target-driven.
• First experience handling customers on the phone is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Preferably living in or willing to move to Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in lead generation strategies such as cold calling to identify business prospects.
• Follow up with customers to gauge satisfaction and propose service improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve offerings and strategies.
• Mediate conflicts and provide solutions that maintain business.
