PTC Barcelona offers a Business Development Internship in a multicultural, international team. The role focuses on lead generation, customer feedback, cross-department collaboration, and conflict mediation to protect client relationships and promote service improvements.

This hybrid program, based in Poblenou, enables development of soft and hard skills through mentoring, seminars, and hands-on projects with opportunities to engage with global teams. Fluency in German and English is required.

Formación

• Degree-educated and currently enrolled as a student.
• Eligibility for an internship agreement through a University is mandatory.
• Minimum 6-month internship availability.
• First experience handling customers on the phone is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English; willingness to move to Barcelona is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in lead generation strategies, including cold calling to identify business prospects.
• Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback and improve services.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify improvements to offerings and strategies.
• Mediate conflicts and provide solutions that reestablish credibility and benefit the customer.
