PUNT ROMA is seeking an organized Import Administrative Assistant to support the administrative and documentary management of import and production operations. You will help ensure traceability of logistics and compliance with regulations while working with teams across countries.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to coordinate tasks, and strong English language skills. You will interact with suppliers and multiple departments to maintain smooth information flow and timely

Formación

• Degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, import/export, or similar departments valued.
• Organized, detail-oriented and solution-focused professional.
• Essential: Good level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Review import documentation for goods shipped or pending, ensuring follow-up and resolution of discrepancies.
• Update SAP import and production records for traceability and data registration.
• Maintain container control database ensuring accuracy and reliability of logistics information.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and Finance to ensure smooth information flow and deadlines.
• Manage Letters of Credit with suppliers.
• Distribute and archive original documentation related to import operations and administrative records.
• Create and update tariff classifications in SAP per regulations and requirements.
• Review proforma invoices to validate information prior to import procedures.
• Update records of packaging weights for environmental reporting.
