The role focuses on proactive order management, cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement to support operational excellence and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Enter, monitor, and update orders within SAP.
• Manage the entire Order-to-Deliver (O2D) process, from order receipt through customer delivery.
• Monitor product availability and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and internal functions involved in the process.
• Manage operational issues and related escalations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers.
• Support reporting activities and service KPI monitoring.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Order Management roles, including the operational management of the end-to-end order lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP, in particular SD module.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Preferred skills

• 3+ years’ experience in multinational companies or structured business environments.
• Knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.
• Familiarity with KPIs and service performance metrics.
